How we Retirement is a two-way road 

Retirement is defined as the conclusions of one’s career as a person retreats to a quiet area of the world removed from the stress of working; this separation from one’s fellow workers affords the opportunity to spend time with family and friends.  Retirement’s meaning is also that it is a passageway to initiating a new chapter with a valid passkey.  Retirement exposes individuals' direction upon their determination to proceed to a celebrate or influence to a new routing in growth when learning the facts of thirty-five people who were forced to retire after twenty-five years of services.  The planning retirement community separates work because they choose to retire to build up society finding a direct path in their community. The mandatory retirement felt like a five-year warding of darkening patterns, which seen seem to increase with fear of my coworkers.  Heads down, excluded meetings, all celebrations canceled as the cry of other employees who were just told they are also being forced to retire.

The emotional areas of leaving one’s job, friends, and the workspace is a highly unexpected moment, but so is purchasing a new home or going into a new place to visit both take time to discover. The game of retirement needs to change people who have a significant emotional setback hold onto dark patterns longer than average.  However, each retiree must take the first step in playing the economic direction by first taking control and second giving workers back the power in retirement in developing a new game-defining retirement to fits direction.
